Optimise Your Time

Whether you choose a less intensive Study-Vacation Course or one of the more demanding Intensive Courses, you will want optimum results.

In order to achieve this, all courses emphasise clear pronunciation, listening comprehension and correct grammar usage, reading, written English and conversational skills. These will be practised according to the needs of each student using materials of high interest value.

In addition to the One-to-One experience, the following Courses are also offered so that friends or colleagues with a similar level of English wishing to come together can take advantage of the:

One-to-Two
One-to-Three
One-to-Four
One-to-Five options

Please note that for groups of more than 3 students, I am unable to provide transport in my car.

Special Conditions

For the business person, or partner, who arrives at short notice in Bermuda on a business trip, it may be possible to arrange special classes if space is available.

Course Materials

Visually attractive and stimulating course books, audio cassettes and use of computer or video equipment.

Course Books

These are carefully chosen from a wide range of the most up-to-date and successful publications for English language learners. They are not only attractive to look at and clearly organised, but contain a variety of interesting and thought-provoking articles to stimulate discussion. Course books are not included in Tuition Fees.

Completion of your Course

A letter outlining the progress made by each student can be mailed to your home address on completion of your Course.

Where to Stay

You may find it useful to visit your local Travel Agent for a copy of `Bermuda: Where to Stay`, issued by the Bermuda Department of Tourism (www.bermudatourism.com) or www.bermudahotels.com for information on accommodation.

I strongly recommend that you arrange accommodation in the Central Parishes—Paget, Devonshire, Pembroke or Smith`s—(consult the map in the `Where to Stay` brochure), as I would then be able to collect you each morning or afternoon in time for your classes. If you choose accommodation farther away, it may be necessary for you to take a taxi or bus. Hiring a moped or scooter can also be a fun way to get around Bermuda.

Your Arrival in Bermuda

To ensure that your visit is as relaxing and enjoyable an experience as possible from the very beginning, I look forward to welcoming you at the airport and escorting you to your accommodation. In the event that this is not possible, other arrangements can be made.

Travel Documents

Please consult your Travel Agent. Normally a valid passport and return ticket to your country is required. Students from certain countries may need a visa.
